My love for cooking and eating great food is the inspiration for this site. 

I grew up in a traditional guyanese home where home-cooking was an everyday thing.  It was therefore automatic that I spent a lot of time in the kitchen with various family members preparing food.

This website is a dedication to all those people in my life who have guided and inspired me in the kitchen (my mother, sisters, aunts, cousins, uncles and other family members).
